Job Overview
This role involves providing strategic legal guidance to support business growth and commercial success. The ideal candidate will have expertise in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating complex contracts, as well as identifying and mitigating legal risks.
* Contract Review and Management: Conduct thorough reviews of partnership agreements, reseller arrangements, and other commercial documents to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Legal Risk Assessment: Identify potential legal pitfalls and develop practical solutions to minimize risk and maximize business value.
Additionally, the successful candidate will provide expert advice on compliance matters, including data protection, advertising standards, and competition law.
Key Responsibilities
* Review and draft commercial contracts, including service agreements, MSAs, SOWs, and consulting agreements.
* Assist in assessing the legal implications of new service offerings or market expansions.
* Provide input into business development strategies and commercial frameworks.
Compliance & Risk Management
Maintain and update contract templates, playbooks, and commercial legal guidance materials to ensure alignment with evolving regulatory requirements.
Support internal training on commercial and compliance matters to promote a culture of awareness and understanding.
