Complete a Cert III Business Administration in 12 months working alongside Singleton Council located in the Singleton Council Administration Building & Visitor Information Centre.
As a Trainee in Business Administration, you will be responsible for performing various tasks including :
* Answering customer enquiries through face-to-face interactions, phone calls, and written correspondence.
* Completion of administration tasks, such as processing applications and payments.
* Engaging in retail sales activities at the Visitor Information Centre.
* Worksite Description :
* This role primarily involves an administration-style position with computer work at both the front desk and back office.
The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following characteristics and skills :
* Enthusiastic about acquiring new skills and knowledge.
* Demonstrates honesty and integrity in all aspects of work.
* Consistently punctual and reliable in fulfilling job responsibilities.
* Well-mannered with excellent interpersonal skills.

* Good computer skills, especially in administrative tasks.
