Job Role: Care Professional
BaptistCare Home Care supports older individuals to live well and independently at home.

This position is full time, 38 hours per week with travel reimbursed as per the BaptistCare NSW and ACT Aged Care Enterprise Agreement.
The role requires you to deliver high quality clinical care. This includes conducting comprehensive assessments, regular reviews, creating tailored care plans that meet client needs. You will also advocate on behalf of our clients ensuring their voice is heard.
You must have registered nurse qualifications with current AHPRa registration along with minimal 12 months' experience working within an acute or aged-care setting.
