We are growing, and we need your help to join our dedicated sales team. Our company specialises in supplying and maintaining bulk solids storage and handling facilities for the agricultural, industrial, and commercial sectors across Australia.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving our objective of providing clients with the best solutions for their bulk solids storage and handling needs.
This role is an integral part of our sales and marketing function, requiring strong client focus and high-quality communication skills.
Key responsibilities include:
* Liaising with prospective and existing customers to understand their needs and provide prompt pricing estimates.
* Collaborating with other staff members to ensure customer orders are received, dispatched, and assembled in a timely manner.
* Preparing and submitting weekly/monthly reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
* Attending field days, trade shows, and conferences to represent us and build relationships with key stakeholders.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
* Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field such as business, engineering or agriculture.
* At least three years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a medium-sized manufacturing business.
* Professionalism that aligns with our company values.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* High-level organisational and time management skills.
* Strong interpersonal skills to gain the trust of customers.
