Account Development Position
We are seeking a results-driven Business Growth Specialist to enhance our sales team in QLD. This role focuses on profitably expanding our business through our network of distributors and customers across various sectors such as hotels, healthcare, large offices, food processing, and manufacturing.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate exceptional customer experience skills, work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, make informed business decisions, motivate others, and find innovative solutions to build long-term relationships.
This is a field-based position covering SEQ, Wide Bay, and Burnett region, and Northern Rivers of NSW with occasional regional trips.
* Deliver on relevant Net Sales, Operating Profit, and other key KPIs such as New Business and customer loyalty metrics.
* Establish effective relationships with customers within the geographical area.
* Develop relevant customer plans to ensure activities and targets are delivered on time.
* Prepare pricing/tender quotations using the internal revenue analytics process.
* Represent our organization at customer functions, exhibitions, and industry association meetings and events.
