Job Title: Site Safety Specialist
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Site Safety Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental management systems.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct risk assessments and develop procedures to mitigate risks
* Lead incident investigations and implement processes to ensure incidents are reported and investigated
* Support Return to Work Processes
* Conduct daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual audits
* Ensure compliance with all legal and company requirements
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A degree or diploma in a relevant field, such as Occupational Health and Safety
* Minimum of two years of experience in health and safety, environmental, or similar fields
* Strong communication and coaching skills
* Experience in managing multiple stakeholder relationships
