About this Position
We're looking for a driven and customer‐focused Sales Representative to manage and grow our food service customer base across the North West Coast of Tasmania. In this autonomous, field‐based role, you'll take ownership of an established territory while actively developing new business opportunities. You'll work closely with customers to deliver tailored solutions, drive profitable growth, and bring our food service value proposition to life — all while living and breathing our values and commitment to safety.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and grow sales and margin performance across an assigned territory
* Execute targeted sales plans to protect base business and drive basket growth
* Identify and convert new business opportunities within the region
* Leverage promotions, data insights, and supplier relationships to maximise results
* Build and maintain strong, long‐term customer partnerships
* Maintain compliance with safety, legislative, and company policies at all times
What We're Looking For
To thrive in this role, you will bring:
* Proven sales experience, ideally within food service or a related industry
* Strong commercial acumen with a focus on margin optimisation
* Excellent communication and relationship‐building skills
* Highly organised with the ability to manage time and priorities independently
* Confident using digital tools, including tablets/laptops and Microsoft Office
* Self‐motivated, adaptable, and solutions‐focused with a positive mindset
