Business Development Representative
This role is perfect for someone who wants to be out in the field, building relationships with customers and delivering exceptional service.
* Establish strong relationships with customers through regular visits and tailored recommendations
* Maintain accurate records of customer orders and sales activity
* Drive sales growth by achieving or exceeding monthly targets
* Respond promptly to customer queries and concerns
* Provide detailed reports on sales performance and business opportunities at scheduled meetings
* Collaborate closely with warehouse and purchasing teams to deliver seamless customer experiences
* Process quotes and sales enquiries efficiently and accurately
You will work closely with the warehouse, purchasing and driver teams to ensure a high level of service from end to end.
