We are recruiting multiple operators to manage the daily pellet mill operations, ensuring efficient and safe production processes, and maintaining high quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage day-to-day production operation of mill
* Maintain and troubleshoot equipment and machinery as required
* Liaise with management to continuously improve operational efficiency
* Work standard business hours as required for mill operations
Ideal Candidate:
* Experience in the milling, stockfeed or agricultural manufacturing sector is highly desirable
* Comparable experience in industrial production or operations management will be considered with training provided
* Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of machinery and feed processing equipment
* Physically fit, hands-on, and ready to be part of a hardworking and supportive team
Salary 65k/70k based on experience and skills
Australian citizens and permanent residents will have priority.
