About the Role
We are seeking a Junior Business Analyst to support organisational projects and process improvements. This role is ideal for someone starting their career in business analysis, working under guidance and supervision while contributing to meaningful initiatives.
This position is offered as a 12-month contract commencing early 2026, providing stability and the opportunity to gain valuable experience on significant projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Analyse business requirements, document processes, and design solutions to organisational challenges.
* Conduct interviews with key stakeholders, document findings, and present results.
* Recommend process improvements and alternative solutions.
* Assist business users, project managers, and leadership in optimising project scope, benefits, and risks.
* Facilitate change management efforts associated with projects.
* Write and maintain user documentation as required.
* Perform basic analysis and documentation tasks under close supervision.
About You
* You have strong skills in requirements gathering and process mapping.
* You're confident using Visio and the MS Office Suite.
* You communicate clearly and present ideas effectively to different audiences.
* You have an eye for detail and can create accurate documentation and visual workflows.
* You're eager to learn and thrive in a collaborative environment with guidance and support.
