About the Role
We’re expanding our motivated Inbound Sales team to drive Chekku’s growth. In this phone-based role, you’ll convert warm leads from tradies into subscription sales, helping them unlock compliance tools, job opportunities, and business growth through our platform.
With plenty of opportunities to smash targets and have fun, here’s what you’ll do:
Hitting Daily Targets (Activity and Revenue)
•Achieve activity and revenue goals by closing deals and onboarding tradies to Chekku’s SaaS platform.
•Unlock weekly and monthly incentives, including cash bonuses and team rewards.
Building Relationships
•Connect with tradie customers over the phone, understand their business challenges, and showcase how Chekku solves their compliance and job access pain points.
•Handle inquiries, overcome objections, and build trust to secure subscriptions.
•Log customer details and interactions in our CRM for seamless follow-ups.
•Provide occasional administrative support to the operations team.
Compliance and Quality Assurance
•Follow sales scripts and adhere to Chekku’s high standards for customer interactions.
•Ensure all engagements align with our compliance-first ethos, maintaining transparency and professionalism.
About You

•Tech-Savvy: Comfortable learning new systems (CRM, RingCentral, MS Office) and adapting to streamlined processes.
