Executive Business Development Director

About the Job:
This leadership position requires a strong understanding of market trends and competitor analysis. The successful candidate will be able to deliver market feedback to the organization and develop deep knowledge on top clients that can be fed into future product and service development.
Main Responsibilities:
• Deliver on large-scale client partnerships and revenue commitments
• Manage and collaborate with senior leads at director level and above across brands and corporations
• Own and drive growth while actively leading from the front
• Develop, lead, and grow the team through strong people management and coaching for high performance
Your Qualifications:
You should have 10+ years of relevant work experience in the media or advertising field, including account management experience in the Australian advertising/marketing landscape. Your skills should include strategic sales planning, pipeline management, relationship building, social and digital market knowledge, negotiation skills, presentation skills, analytical skills, and people management.
