What's on Offer
Full-time employment with a competitive salary of $75,000 - $85,000 depending on experience.

About You
We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Sous Chef who is passionate about quality food and thrives in a team environment.
You will have:
Commercial Cookery Certificate or equivalent trade qualification.
5+ years of experience in a commercial kitchen setting.
Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
A focus on quality, presentation, and attention to detail.
Knowledge of HACCP principles and safe food handling practices.
