Job Summary: Salty's Bondi, part of the Millett Group, is a laid-back surf bar and eatery located opposite the iconic Bondi Beach. Inspired by Bondi and Southern California surf and skate culture, we are looking for a full-time Chef De Partie to join our culinary team and contribute to high-quality food service, menu preparation, and kitchen operations. Key Responsibilities: Cook and serve food according to the restaurant's quality and service standards Collaborate with the Head Chef on menu preparation and new dish development Follow guidance from the Head Chef while contributing ideas for presentation and dishes Train and support kitchen staff to ensure consistent food quality Maintain a safe, clean, and well-organised kitchen environment Manage stocktaking, ordering supplies, and kitchen resources Continuously improve cooking methods based on feedback and industry best practices What We're Looking For: Relevant culinary qualification Minimum 1 years' relevant kitchen experience Excellent knowledge of cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and processes Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure Strong knowledge of kitchen hygiene and best cooking practices How to Apply: 11 Recruitment is here to help you take the next step in your career!
