* You will be involved in order processing, including point of sale transactions and invoicing, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
* Picking and packing of outgoing goods demands efficiency and accuracy to meet customer expectations.
* Assist with stock control, including inventory monitoring and stocktakes, to maintain optimal inventory levels.
* Building excellent customer relationships is essential in providing exceptional service and fostering long-term loyalty.
* Champion safety and compliance requirements to ensure a safe working environment.
* General duties supporting the branch in day-to-day operations require adaptability and a proactive approach.
About You
Requirements:
* Certification in Retail or at least 2 years' experience in retail or warehouse settings is preferred.
* Basic level Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel), Point of Sale Transactions, and financial software skills are necessary.
* Well-developed interpersonal and communication (listening, written, and verbal) skills enable effective interactions with diverse groups.
* Ability to work successfully both independently and as part of a team fosters collaboration and productivity.
* Problem-solving skills are crucial to address challenges appropriately.
* Excellent customer service skills – the ability to build successful relationships and exceed customer expectations – are paramount.
* A valid driving license is required.
* Self-motivation and autonomy are essential qualities for this role.
