The Opportunity
As Opulence College continues to grow, we are seeking passionate and qualified Trainers & Assessors to join our team on a part-time contract basis. You will contribute to delivering high-quality training and assessment in a supportive and collaborative environment while helping students achieve both their academic and career aspirations.
Role Overview
We are looking for skilled Trainers & Assessors to deliver and assess the following qualifications:
* BSB50120 Diploma of Business
* BSB50420 Diploma of Leadership and Management
* BSB60120 Advanced Diploma of Business
* BSB80120 Graduate Diploma of Management (Learning)
In this role, you will play a key part in guiding and developing the next generation of business professionals.
Responsibilities
* Plan, design, and deliver engaging and industry-relevant training sessions.
* Assess student competency using a variety of methods, in line with national standards.
* Provide constructive feedback and academic support to students.
* Contribute to continuous improvement of course delivery and materials.
* Maintain accurate student records, including assessments, attendance, and outcomes.
* Ensure compliance with RTO and CRICOS standards.
* Stay up to date with business and management trends and integrate them into delivery.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Management, or a related field.
* Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or TAE40116 or equivalent).
* Demonstrated vocational experience in the business/management sector.
* Proven experience as a Trainer & Assessor in VET (preferably in business qualifications).
* Strong knowledge of VET compliance and assessment requirements.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
* Ability to engage and support students from diverse cultural backgrounds.
