We are seeking exceptional Resort Butlers who live and breathe personalised service and thrive on creating magical, unscripted moments for our guests. This is not a traditional hospitality role. This is an opportunity to redefine luxury through genuine connection, creativity and heart.
Key Responsibilities
This is a dynamic, front-of-house role involving:
* Enhancing and shaping the Guest Experience
* Acting as the key point of contact for guests and their families throughout their stay
* Building strong guest relationships and detailed guest profiles
* Curating bespoke experiences and personal touchpoints
* Walking the resort daily, mingling and proactively checking in with guests
* Strong food & beverage knowledge, including beverage preparation
* Identifying opportunities to surprise, delight and create "wow" moments
* Assisting guests with information, requests and special arrangements
* Multitasking in a fluid environment while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
* Showcasing creativity, artistry and strong local knowledge

* High level of creativity and emotional intelligence
* Flexible to work weekends, evenings and public holidays
