Are you a Physio looking to start the next chapter in your Allied Health career journey? Sublime Care is looking for an additional Physiotherapist to join our Team in the Hunter area.
In the past 3 months our Allied Health Team has grown rapidly from 8 to 18 with another 4 due to join us by the end of October. We provide person-centred and holistic support services tailored to assist participants in living safely and comfortably at home by building capacity and giving them choice and control.
What We Are Looking For
* At least 1 year experience in the field and registration with AHPRA
* Experience in CHSP or NDIS
* Experience with outcome measures: DEMMI, PMS, TUG, 6mwt, VAS
* Experience in delivering services to geriatric and adult patients
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
* Aged Care experience preferred but not a necessity
* Drivers licence and access to vehicle with comprehensive insurance
* COVID-19 vaccinations (2 doses minimum)
What We Offer
* Salary range $85,000-$110,000, dependent on experience + super
* In house Supervision provided by our Snr Physiotherapist (with 10 years' experience)
* 67% KPI case load
