* Administer daily tasks and operations, ensuring seamless coordination with colleagues and clients.
* Maintain accurate records, manage suppliers, and arrange travel itineraries.
* Coordinate vehicle bookings, scheduling, servicing, repairs, and equipment checks to ensure optimal efficiency.
* Oversee lease agreements, office equipment maintenance, safety protocols, and contractor management.
* Welcome clients, handle room bookings, order supplies, and facilitate team meetings and events.
* Assist with scheduling, correspondence, supply chain management, and troubleshoot travel or accommodation issues.
* Scan and upload documents, prepare correspondence, print, and perform basic IT troubleshooting.
Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and customer service skills, experience in administration, reception, or office coordination, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
