An exciting opportunity has arisen for a seasoned Legal Director or Partner to lead our National Private Client Advisory team in Newcastle.
Key responsibilities include:
* Advising high net worth individuals and families on estate and succession planning matters.
* Driving the growth of the private client offering in the North East and collaborating with colleagues in the National Private Client team.
* Providing expert advice on complex wills, lifetime trusts, deeds of variation, powers of attorney, and estate administration; offering guidance on lifetime IHT planning and taxation of trusts and estates.
* Demonstrating strong client relationship management and delivering business development outcomes, leveraging established relationships within the North East market.
* Leading and managing teams/juniors with exceptional leadership abilities.
