This is not a traditional, reactive "post and ghost" marketing job. As we grow our Australian operations, we are looking for a commercially minded Marketing Coordinator to help turn our industry-leading expertise into measurable market growth.

The Role

Working alongside Visagio's leadership team and our marketing team, you will be the bridge between our highly technical consulting expertise and the broader Australian market, focusing on strategy, campaigns, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

* Marketing Plan & Activities Orchestration: Define the marketing plan together with Visagio's leadership team, and ensure its proper execution by coordinating and orchestrating the activities against team capacity and capabilities
* Pipeline & Campaigns: Define targeted B2B campaigns to capture qualified leads, working with the marketing team to ensure effective delivery and convert these into sales meetings
* Content Production: Extract complex ideas from our consultants to create compelling, client-facing thought leadership articles, case studies, and pitch collateral
* Events & Sales Enablement: Coordinate high-value executive and internal events and ensure our CRM is updated to track prospect engagement accurately
* Talent Attraction Marketing: Plan and execute effective recruitment campaigns and engagement to help us reach top talents to create the next generation of Visagians
* Stakeholder Engagement: Align expectations of effort and deadlines with the involved stakeholders in each work stream
* Media Channel Management: Manage marketing content, engagement and performance across all channels, providing suggestions to creatively engage with key audiences

About You

* Experience: 2+ years in B2B marketing, ideally within management consulting or more broadly professional services (remuneration commensurate with experience level)
* Commercial Acumen: You understand the long, trust-based sales cycle of professional services. You know that 10 targeted "Coffee Chats" with the right executives are worth infinitely more than 1,000 random "likes" on a post
* Exceptional Communicator: Flawless copywriting skills with the confidence to advise leadership on marketing best practices.
* Event Savvy: You understand how to curate high-end B2B events and webinars. You know that the event isn't the goal; the post-event follow-up and lead capture is where the real work happens
* Tech & Data Literacy: You are hands-on with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot), LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and CMS platforms, and you can pull basic reports to show us what is working
* Leverage AI: Value creation leveraging technology is at the core of what we do, you leverage AI tools to drive efficiencies in marketing activities to free up time for high value tasks
* Hands On: As well as orchestrating marketing activities, you're someone who owns workstreams end to end, ensuring they're delivered to the correct standard
* The "Builder" Mentality: You are comfortable joining an "early maturity" marketing department. You don't need a perfect 100-page playbook handed to you; you are excited by the prospect of helping us write it
