Our client is a trusted service provider supporting critical Defence capability, and they're seeking a motivated Field Service Representative to join their team in NSW and work with the Royal Australian Navy. This role offers the opportunity to transfer your trade background into a Defence environment - with full training, career growth, and the chance to work on projects that make a real impact.
The role will be based in the Central Coast and will require travel to Sydney.
Responsibilities
- Perform field maintenance, servicing, and upgrades on specialist equipment on Naval platforms
- Diagnose and repair technical issues to ensure systems remain operational
- Support engineers and project teams in delivering Defence capability
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and compliance with safety standards
- Represent the company professionally on base and at client sites
Requirements
- Trade qualification in mechanical, electrical, or related field
- Proven experience in maintenance, field service, or technical roles
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to safety and quality standards
- Current driver's licence and willingness to travel
- Australian Citizenship and eligibility for an NV1 security clearance
