Job Description
As a professional automotive accessory fitter, you will be responsible for the installation of a wide range of vehicle accessories in line with quality standards and manufacturer specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
* Fit and install towbars, wiring looms, bullbars, side steps, rear bars, roof racks, winches, recovery gear, suspension upgrades, underbody protection, and electrical accessories such as driving lights and dual battery systems.
* Inspect vehicles before and after fitment to ensure top-quality workmanship.
* Read and interpret fitting instructions, wiring diagrams, and specifications.
* Work efficiently to meet deadlines while maintaining high safety and quality standards.
* Keep your work area clean, organized, and compliant with WHS policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in automotive accessory fitting, mechanical work, or similar trade. Confident using workshop tools, equipment, and electrical testing devices. Understanding of vehicle electrical systems and safe installation practices. High attention to detail and pride in your work. Strong teamwork and communication skills. 4x4 industry experience or a personal passion for off-road vehicles.
