**The Role**:
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Managing a small, tidy portfolio of 150 properties - 100 of these properties are with the same landlord
- Maintaining relationships with landlords/owner
- Conducting repairs and maintenance
- Rental arrears management
- Completion of outgoing residential premises condition reports
- Carry out regular rent and lease reviews
- Prepare claims for rental bonds and attend CTTT hearings when required
- 2 + years Property Management experience is preferred
- A strong team player
- A current Certificate of Registration & Driver's License
- Knowledge and understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act
