**The Role**:
**Reporting to the Centre Manager, your main responsibilities include**:
- Use digital and social media strategies to drive traffic to the centre
- Plan the annual marketing budget and ensure that all activities are executed within the budget limits.
- Continually work with Retailers to ensure that they are marketing their business and maximising sales
- Develop, execute, and control a rolling twelve (12) month calendar of promotions, events, and advertising campaigns to maximise foot traffic and retailer sales throughout the Centre
- To organise and conduct market research to establish markets and market trends, consumer needs and attitudes via customer exit surveys and promotions database information.
- Preparing and executing newsletters to retailers
- Implement the Centre's digital/social media strategy ensuring the Centre is proactive on social media and growing its database and reach.
- Manage and update the centre's website
- Monitor all PR for the centre
