Job Description

The Land Acquisition Manager will be responsible for leading the land acquisition program, managing site and infrastructure teams, and overseeing due diligence and land preparation activities.
\
The incumbent will analyze and interpret technical reports, identify risks, and develop mitigation measures to ensure successful project delivery. They will also provide strategic guidance throughout the program lifecycle, ensuring alignment with objectives across the department.
\
This is a fixed-term role requiring relevant tertiary qualifications in property, environmental engineering, or a related field. The successful candidate must have experience in project management, procurement, and team leadership.

Required Skills and Qualifications

* Relevant tertiary qualification in property, environmental engineering, civil engineering, or a related field
* Understanding of the Victorian land and property legal system
* Property (land) related advisory experience
* Experience in project management, including construction
* Thorough knowledge and application of applicable Victorian Government Land Policies
