* Lead a growing team of remedial engineers, with autonomy to build and scale the team as needed.

* Manage a diverse portfolio of remedial projects — including structural and waterproofing rectification and dilapidation assessments.
* Oversee contract administration and act as Superintendent during repair works.
* Engage confidently with clients, consultants, and contractors, delivering high-quality outcomes that reflect technical expertise.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities in collaboration with the leadership team.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* 13+ years of experience in remedial and structural engineering, with strong background in consultancy.
* Eligible or registered Design Practitioner under NSW DBP legislation (essential).
* CPEng and NER credentials (or actively working towards them).
* Proven leadership in diagnostic investigation, reporting, scoping, and remedial design.
* Skilled in managing end-to-end project delivery, including financial oversight and contract admin.
* Experienced in leading teams, mentoring staff, and developing technical capability.
* Commercially minded with business development acumen and P&L management experience (preferred).
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Permanent residency or Australian citizenship is required.
