About the Role
As a Recruitment Specialist, you'll join a high-energy team that thrives on creativity, celebrates success, and supports each other every step of the way.
Reporting to the Global Pathways Manager, you'll autonomously drive end-to-end recruitment across Australia, New Zealand, and North America - leading high-volume campaigns, crafting standout ads, running engaging social media strategies, and hitting the road for nationwide recruitment roadshows.

This role is based at our Perth HQ at the Perth Airport.
Working hours are 7:30am - 4:00pm.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment of blue collar roles
* Coordinate and implement new recruitment initiatives
* Advertise on various platforms (Seek, LinkedIn, Mader Website and more)
* Pro-actively find passive candidates through various platforms
* Liaising and supporting hiring managers through selection process
* Conducting face-to-face and video interviews
* Manage employment offers and onboarding processes
* Collaborate with marketing on recruitment campaigns
* Ad hoc administrative and reporting tasks
Skills & Experience
* Minimum 2+ years blue collar recruitment experience
* Prior experience using PageUp is highly desired
* Ability to build and maintain strong relationships
* Strong communication skills both written and verbal
* Valid C class driver license
