As we continue to expand nationally, we are seeking an exceptional Field Sales Manager to lead our Victorian based sales team, drive strategy, and foster a culture of excellence across all states. This position plays a critical role in executing state and national sales strategy at street level, fostering strong customer relationships, and maintaining a clear line of trade feedback into the business.
Key Responsibilities
Territory Leadership & Team Development – Coach and develop a high-performing field team, driving KPIs, succession planning, and a culture of accountability.
Channel & Customer Engagement – Build strong relationships across on- and off-premise channels, delivering execution in silver/bronze accounts and achieving state targets.
In-Market Execution & Compliance – Lead in-market activations, trade reviews, and compliance to ensure brand visibility and performance.
Commercial Delivery – Own sales targets, expand distribution, and deliver on growth objectives for the organisation and brand partners.
Cross-Functional Support – Partner with cross-functional teams in logistics, marketing, and national sales to drive strategy, campaigns, and feedback loops.
