About the Opportunity
Join a global medical device company as we seek a skilled professional to support trade compliance and logistics operations in Australia. This role plays a vital part in ensuring the compliant and timely delivery of life-changing medical products.
Duties:
* Manage local trade compliance and customs documentation, ensuring seamless execution of import/export processes.
* Oversee daily warehouse and inbound shipment updates, maintaining accurate inventory records and resolving discrepancies.
* Ensure smooth communication with 3PL and transport partners, fostering strong relationships and optimizing logistics performance.
* Reconcile orders and inventory data across ERP and 3PL systems, identifying areas for process improvement.
* Support product launches and market exits, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful outcomes.
* Coordinate outbound logistics operations, prioritizing customer satisfaction and on-time delivery.
* Participate in system upgrades and logistics improvement initiatives, driving innovation and efficiency.
* Maintain process documentation and support team training, ensuring knowledge sharing and best practices adoption.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, or a related field.
* Experience in healthcare, medical, or regulated industries is essential, with hands-on trade compliance and distribution expertise.
* Strong coordination skills with carriers and 3PLs, ability to navigate complex logistics networks.
* ERP system knowledge (Oracle/SAP preferred), with experience in managing multiple systems and data sets.
