THE ROLE
The Solicitor in the Statewide Child Protection Litigation Office (Statewide CPLO) is responsible for providing legal advice and support to child protection practitioners, and for appearing in person in child protection litigation matters in the Children's Court of Victoria and associated jurisdictions.
The role involves working predominantly with one of Statewide CPLO's legal teams and traveling to various Children's Court locations and child protection offices.
