A$76,912.00/yr - A$82,464.00/yr
Permanent appointment

About the role
The Administrative Assistant delivers high-level professional support to the Director of Client Experience and the broader Client Experience division. This role is pivotal in coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, taking accurate minutes, and ensuring timely distribution of documentation.
With a strong emphasis on professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail, the Administrative Assistant helps ensure the smooth daily operations of the division and provides adaptable administrative support across a range of functions, including travel coordination, data management, and event support.
To work for the College, you may be required to hold Australian or Australian equivalent qualification(s). If your qualification has been obtained overseas, the Overseas Qualifications Unit (OQU) offers a free assessment service to have your tertiary or higher education qualification(s) recognised.
