You will have your own clients, responsible for the strategy and management of their campaigns. You will work with a team of experts in Google and Meta Ads, while maintaining G Squared's high standard of work. As a growing agency, your client list will grow, as will your team.

What we are looking for
As a consultancy, we are driven to drive change for our clients, consulting with clients and driving our delivery teams to generate
real
business results. As a Paid Media Manager, you will bring together technical teams to ensure we deliver on this promise.
You will have the opportunity to pitch to prospective clients and work closely with our strategy, paid and web teams in delivering truly integrated digital solutions to clients.
On a day-to-day basis, you will be working closely with clients, strategists, implementation specialists and other subject matter specialists.
What you'll be responsible for:
* Setup, manage and optimise campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, programmatic, TikTok Ads and others with great results, and delegate these tasks to Performance Coordinators;
* Setting up and managing website tracking requirements for sales and leads
* Be able to optimise campaigns based on data obtainable through the channels themselves as well as third-party data;
* Able to manage multiple client relationships at once;
* Good team management skills
* Preparing performance reports for clients.
We want somebody who has:
* Tertiary qualifications in communications, business, marketing or similar field
* 6+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads with
proven
success examples
* Preference to have experience in B2B/lead generation clients
* Excellent attention to detail
* Solid copywriting skills
* Strong communication skills
* Common sense and good critical judgment
* Programmatic experience preferable
* Google Tag Manager and website tracking experience
* Proficient in Microsoft suite (Excel & PowerPoint)
* Strong business acumen
