About the Role:
This is a key position within our operations, responsible for ensuring the Centre functions efficiently and effectively.
* Operational Administration: This includes managing property-related needs, coordinating and maintaining Centre vehicle use, handling cash and banking duties, and providing human resources and work health & safety (WH&S) support.
* Record Management: Maintaining and archiving manual and digital records in accordance with legal standards, ensuring all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
* A minimum Certificate IV in Management or a related discipline, with experience in rehabilitation or similar social services environments—or a relevant tertiary qualification with applicable experience.
* Qualifications or substantial experience in rehabilitation or other social support contexts.
* Ability to work effectively with people from diverse cultural and religious backgrounds.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, particularly in working with individuals exhibiting challenging behaviours.
