About the role
We are seeking applications from Enrolled Nurses to join our dedicated teams within our Care Communities. These casual positions are available for an immediate start and include working a rotating 7 day, 24 hour roster including participation in an on-call roster.
The successful applicant will provide a diverse range of resident care related activities under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse.
Skills and experience
Essential:
1. Current registration with AHPRA as a Medication Endorsed Enrolled Nurse
2. Demonstrated effective communication and interpersonal skills
3. Demonstrated organisational, computer and time management skills
4. Commitment to customer service and resident centred care
5. Demonstrated ability to conduct nursing practice in a manner that respects the rights of residents
Desirable:
6. Minimum of 2 years post-basic experience in residential care
