What do you need to join BFX?
* Solid work ethic and a responsibility to produce quality work every single day and care about our products
* Previous experience desired depending on roles, however, most roles offer on-the-job training
* Ability to work to a production schedule
* Safety mindset and the ability to follow safety procedures
* Work autonomously as well as part of a team
* Experience using hand tools
* There is some manual handling, so a medium level of physical fitness is required (although most lifting is machine-assisted and shared)
* Valid Forklift license and experience (if looking to be considered for Forklift operator role)
* Valid driver's license (own transport is desirable but not mandatory)
