Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Advanced Practitioner to join our team in Horsham, Victoria.
This is an ongoing full-time position that requires the management of complex cases involving high-risk individuals who have committed offences.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a caseload, motivating staff, producing written reports, assessing individual risk, and developing relationships with stakeholders.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess demonstrated experience in case management frameworks, ability to implement concepts to reduce risk and maximise outcomes, understanding and capability in leading and managing staff, and paying attention to words and body language.
