Job Description
The Senior Neurodevelopmental Practitioner will be a highly skilled and autonomous key member of the Multi-Disciplinary Team.
They will lead the coordination and participate in the assessment of children with developmental concerns, including undertaking specialist diagnostic assessments.
This role involves collaborating closely with other professionals to meet the needs of children and their families.
* Manage and organize the Child Development Centre to ensure smooth operation.
* Work collaboratively with others to provide high standards of clinical practice.
* Use extensive knowledge of children's neurodevelopmental needs to inform child development assessments.
Additionally, the Senior Neurodevelopmental Practitioner will take responsibility for their own professional development and that of junior members of staff, helping to create a suitable learning environment.
They will also contribute to the management of the department when required, ensuring efficient running in the absence of the CDC Team Lead.
