The position.
The position will require a flexible availability and willingness to work a mixture of days, nights and weekends to support our guest obsessed culture.
As the Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for.
* Providing Safety Leadership through our Work Safe, Home Safe strategy
* Creating a Guest Obsessed Culture within your restaurant
* Leading a high performing team, supporting Crew training and development
* Leading your designated shifts in accordance with Hungry Jack's guidelines and standards
* Building the brand via effective business planning execution
* Managing the business to ensure each shift achieves profit goals
* Championing change, ensuring your people are engaged and change is sustainable
* Continuing your own self-development as you grow in the role

Requirements.

* Applicants must have a minimum of 6 months management or supervisory experience.
* Candidates must possess a minimum of 6 months hospitality or food service experience.
* Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
