The Role
As our HR Advisor, you will be the backbone of our HR operations—managing day‐to‐day HR processes, providing first-line advice, supporting Workday queries, and helping deliver people initiatives across the business.
You will:
* Manage the employee lifecycle end-to-end: onboarding, induction, probation, offboarding
* Provide high-quality HR administrative support and prepare contracts, letters & documentation
* Deliver first-line advice on HR policies and procedures
* Monitor and action the HR inbox
* Maintain accurate HR data and records within Workday
* Act as the first point of contact for Workday queries and support the implementation project
* Contribute to monthly HR reporting and insights
* Provide backup support to payroll when required
* Support cyclical HR projects: engagement surveys, performance reviews, remuneration review, audits

We're looking for someone with:
Skills & Experience
* 1–2 years HR experience in a fast‐paced environment
* Financial services experience (preferred but not essential)
* HR or related degree
* HRIS experience — Workday and/or ELMO highly desirable (or strong system aptitude)
* Payroll experience (desirable, not essential)
* Ability to manage timelines, troubleshoot issues, work methodically and follow through
* Exposure to payroll or an interest in learning payroll processes (desirable)
