Education Teacher Role
We are seeking a skilled Education Teacher to join our team and play a key role in delivering inclusive, engaging learning experiences for young people.
About the Job:
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering flexible learning options tailored to the diverse needs of students who are disengaged or at risk of disengaging from education.
Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver engaging learning programs that cater to different learning styles and abilities.
* Create an inclusive and supportive classroom environment that promotes wellbeing and strong community connections.
* Partner with families and external agencies to support students and facilitate smooth transitions.
* Maintain accurate records and meet compliance requirements.
Requirements:
* Tertiary qualification in Education (Primary and/or Secondary).
* Active NESA accreditation or ability to obtain.
* Proven expertise in designing and delivering flexible learning options.
* Skilled in differentiating instruction and adapting approaches to support neurodivergent learners.
* High level communication skills including building and maintaining good working relationships with students, families and stakeholders.
