About the Role:
* Lead, inspire and coach a team of sales associates to achieve optimal results.
* Collaborate with Area Managers to drive sales in a high-turnover outlet space.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Efficiently operate the store to achieve sales targets, KPIs, and visual merchandising standards.
2. Motivate your team to achieve KPIs and added value targets.
3. Closely monitor store sales to identify areas for improvement.
4. Effectively manage wage costs and adhere to weekly wage targets.
5. Coach and mentor team members to maintain high morale and encourage individual development.
