Our Business Banking Service (BBS) Contact Centre helps customers keep their operations running smoothly by providing fast, reliable service. As a Business Banking Associate, you’ll be part of a team that makes a real difference to business customers across the country. Every interaction you handle helps keep Australian businesses moving. In this role, you will: Provide premium technical and customer service support over the phone Assist with transactional enquiries, account updates and business banking needs Deliver fast, accurate solutions that support our customers’ day-to-day operations What You’ll Bring Strong customer service experience (essential) A resilient, positive attitude in a fast-paced environment Confidence using multiple systems and technologies Clear communication skills and a genuine desire to help Interest in banking/finance (desirable) Ability to learn quickly and multitask effectively No banking or finance experience required — we provide full training to set you up for success Roster & Training You must be based in Perth for this role Our customers are at the centre of everything we do.
