We are looking for a versatile and skilled Cafe All-Rounder Barista to join our team and contribute to the lively atmosphere of our cafe. As a key player in our daily operations, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional coffee, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring a smooth cafe experience.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages with precision and enthusiasm.
- Interact with customers in a friendly and welcoming manner, ensuring a positive experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including coffee preparation stations and service areas.
- Collaborate with the team to fulfill customer orders promptly and efficiently.
- Assist in restocking inventory and managing supplies as needed.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as a Barista in a cafe setting.
- Proficiency in coffee brewing techniques and familiarity with various coffee beans.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and work in a quick-paced environment.
- Attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience as a Barista in a cafe.
- Knowledge of basic food safety and hygiene practices.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
