Role Overview
This is not your typical marketing role - this is a hands‐on role, not a slide deck role.
As Head of Marketing, you will be the driving force behind how our brand is seen, felt, and experienced across every interaction, every campaign, and every location.
You will lead marketing strategy across Australia and Singapore while owning the full customer journey from first click to in‐school experience, ensuring every touchpoint reflects who we are and what we stand for.
You'll be deeply embedded inside our CRM and booking tools, developing a strong understanding of customer behaviors and journey and continuously optimizing our multi‐channel performance.
Leading a lean, but high‐performing team and collaborating cross‐functionally, you will align marketing strategy with exceptional customer experience - ensuring every campaign, interaction, and touchpoint delivers meaningful growth.
This role has direct line to the C‐suite, and offers genuine autonomy to shape and evolve the direction of Marketing in the business.
Key Responsibilities
* Strategic Development: Develop and deliver comprehensive marketing strategies informed by market research and trend analysis, while building partnerships and sponsorship opportunities to drive brand growth, visibility, and customer retention
* Brand Management: Deliver a consistent and compelling brand experience across all channels and customer touchpoints, bringing our identity and values to life
* Digital Marketing & Campaign Execution: Lead data‐driven campaigns across digital channels, using CRM and automation to convert engagement into measurable results
* Local Area Marketing (LAM): Deliver targeted local marketing initiatives that build strong community connections and drive enrolments across all locations
* Customer Experience & CRM: Own and continuously improve the end‐to‐end customer journey, using insights to enhance engagement, satisfaction, and retention
* Internal Communications: Partner with People and Culture and internal stakeholders to deliver clear and engaging communication that connects teams and reinforces culture
* Budget & Performance Management: Manage the marketing budget and performance metrics to ensure effective use of resources and continuous optimisation
* Leadership & Team Development: Lead, coach, develop, and build a high‐performing marketing team, fostering a collaborative and accountable culture
About You
You are a strategic thinker and an authentic leader who turns ideas into outcomes. You bring energy, curiosity, and a strong drive for continuous improvement.

* A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
* Proven success in a senior marketing leadership role
* Strong commercial and analytical capability
* Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms
* A track record of delivering effective multi‐channel campaigns
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Strong organisational and project management capability
* A collaborative leadership style that brings out the best in others
