Duntryleague is seeking an exceptional Operations Manager to join our passionate team. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and takes pride in delivering top-tier service.
As Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the evening and weekend operations of our bar, restaurant, and functions. You'll be a key driver in improving service standards and ensuring every guest has a memorable experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee nightly operations of the bar, restaurant, and events
* Lead and support our front-of-house team to deliver exceptional service
* Manage staff rosters to ensure efficiency and coverage
* Maintain stock control and ordering
* Oversee gaming operations in line with regulations
* Contribute to improving overall service standards and customer satisfaction
About You:
* Proven experience in hospitality management (bar/restaurant/functions)
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Proficient in rostering, stock management, and gaming compliance
* Available to work nights and weekends as required
* Passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences
* Motivated, organised, and ready to take on a challenge
* Must have RSA,RCG and ARCG
