Customer Sales & Service / Retail Assistant
Customer service role, creating moments that matter for Repco customers. Aftermarket auto products in a retail & trade environment.
Flexible availability over 7 days with particular shift on Weekends; a current driver's licence is preferred, as the role may involve occasional deliveries and other ad hoc driving duties.
About the role
At Repco we want to ensure that each customer has a great shopping experience in person, over the phone, and online.
Responsibilities
* Always have a safety focus to ensure your safety and that of teammates and customers
* Provide genuine service and create moments that matter with customers
* Use strong customer service to contribute to positive sales performance
* Maintain exceptional showroom presentation and merchandising standards
* Process stock; receive, dispatch & store
* Be an enthusiastic, cooperative and collaborative team member, contributing to a positive culture
Qualifications
* Flexible availability over 7 days, including weekends
* Current driver's licence preferred
* No industry knowledge required
Note: this role will require lifting, bending & climbing.
