The Role As the Finance Administration Officer, you will support the day-to-day financial operations across multiple programs. Working closely with the Functions Lead and internal stakeholders, you’ll help ensure financial accuracy, compliance, and smooth operational processes. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on finance administration, values accuracy, and thrives in a structured yet varied environment. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and track expenditure across programs and participant supports Assist with budget oversight, forecasting, and internal financial reporting Prepare and maintain records for non-trading income streams Process financial transactions including petty cash, reimbursements, and participant purchases Manage and maintain shift data in Shift Care to ensure ROC compliance Raise, approve, and process invoices through Shift Care and Xero Complete regular reconciliations and investigate discrepancies Provide finance administration support to management and operational teams Ensure adherence to financial policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements About You: Experience in finance administration, accounts support, or bookkeeping Previous experience within the NDIS sector (highly regarded) NDIS Screening Check or willingness to obtain Strong working knowledge of Xero and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel High attention to detail with strong organisational skills Ability to manage confidential information with discretion Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach What’s On Offer: Stable, supportive, and inclusive workplace Opportunity to contribute to meaningful community-based services Ongoing learning and development opportunities Competitive salary package of $95,000 – $100,000 Super How to Apply If you are currently seeking work, apply online, or send your resume to applicant@primerecruitment.com.au For a confidential discussion, please call 08 6263 7500.
