Job Role: Program Coordinator
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Program Coordinator to join our residential program in Alice Springs, NT. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering trauma-informed support services, developing community-based programs, and contributing to the formulation of resident plans.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and facilitate residential programs that promote positive outcomes for participants
* Contribute to the development of participant plans that address their individual needs
* Work collaboratively with other team members to deliver high-quality support services
* Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement
Requirements:
To qualify, you will ideally hold a Certificate IV in Community Services (Alcohol and Other Drugs), or a related qualification. You will also need to demonstrate experience working in case management, particularly in AOD or therapeutic community settings. Additionally, you will bring exceptional communication skills, a sound understanding of the TC model, and the ability to respond effectively to challenging behaviors.
