We are seeking an experienced and motivated Logistics Officer to provide high-quality inventory and procurement services to our client. This role plays a key part in supporting day-to-day business operations by ensuring stock availability, accurate record-keeping, and timely delivery to stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Manage relationships with key stakeholders and suppliers. Conduct accurate stocktaking, process orders, transfers, and requisitions efficiently, and ensure stock adjustments and documentation are up-to-date. Provide procurement and store support to business partners. Conduct low-value, low-risk procurement up to assigned delegation in line with procurement policies. Ensure purchasing, salvage, audits, and governance checks are completed accurately. Maintain compliance with legislation, regulations, codes of practice, licences, policies, and procedures. Adhere to safety, ethical, and corporate standards. Work collaboratively to achieve team goals, implement leadership direction, and actively contribute to a culture of service excellence. Take responsibility for personal and team safety. Ensure store layouts, materials handling, and storage comply with WHS and OHS requirements. Identify and mitigate risks and hazards.
